NOTES:

We will be having a photographer taking family pictures and individual pictures.  We will be printing most of them during the conference as a keepsake for you.  We will also be providing each family with a small scrapbooking packet for you to work on.  We have set aside 1 to 2 hours after the conference on Saturday afternoon for you to put a nice album together. 

Please do bring photos with you to include in your scrapbook.  We have volunteers coming who will help with this segment of the conference. 

The children will be getting an individual one for themselves that they will be working on the Playroom on Saturday.  If you would like to make a little packet of pictures of them to use during their scrapbooking session please put them in a small Ziploc bag and put their name on it so we can distribute them at the appropriate time.

We will be having a balloon maker, juggler, magician, and stiltwalker for the children's enjoyment and for some of the older children, Best Buy is bringing several Wii systems and I hope the Dance Revolution for them to play with and on.

As always, if any of your children are sick or not feeling well that day, we ask that they do not participate in the Playroom activities as some of our children are still immune-suppressed from treatment.  Also if they have recently been vaccinated, been exposed to chicken pox, shingles or any other contagious disease we ask they stay with you and not join in with the other children.  Thank you for your consideration in this very important part of the conference activities.

ATTIRE:            Casual to very casual (including blue jeans)
