I placed an order on March 20,2009 through the mail. My order requested two bracelets. The check was cashed but I never received the bracelets. I am looking for a telephone number to call or an email address. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate your kindness. I am a parent of a child with neuroblastoma and this has me a little upset.

If you request to have your child's birthstone used, does it take the place of one of the other colors, or how does that work?

I looked on the order form and the bracelet is available in 3 sizes - 6-3/4", 7-1/4", and 7-3/4", price is $30 each with $2.50 shipping per bracelet. Price should be posted on this site for easy access and to encourage sales.

My best friends son passed away in September or 2008 from NB. I would like to purchase braceletts for the family but I see no price. How much are they?

My niece, Cynthia has just been diagosed on christmas, with a Neuroblastoma .My brother and his wife are struggling to deal with this very emotional situation, but there is also the matter of their financial situation.My brother lost his job several months ago and he does menial jobs to make a little money here and there for diapers and things or to pay a bill.One week before Cynthia was diagnosed my new niece was born,Prudence. I am praying for them and i know that so much has hit them at once...it has to be overwhelming and PLUS, mom is postpartum and new Pru is demanding as well.I cannot do much, as i am a student with only a part time job and a host of medical problems and disabilities myself. I am contacting you all in hopes that whoever reads this will find themselves touched to do something to help my niece,Cynthia and her family.They do not even have a safe& sanitary home to go to after Cynthia is finally discharged.They had been staying w/family,but this is not a safe situation any longer.I know that it is probably up to me to try to organize a fund raiser, but i am praying to God that an organization can help assist me with getting help for little Cynthia's family in this most serious time of need.Cynthia Turner is in room 521 at Wolfsons Childrens hospital in jacksonville,Fl.The number where her parents can be reached is 904-202-8521.Michael and Amanda Turner are the parents of Cynthia.God Bless you for what you do to help families and these children.It just doesn't seem fair and it is so hard to understand.Thank you for being there and giving so much valuable information to parents and loved ones.It means alot.Heather Bruce-bruchm@students.fccj.edu

My nephew, trevor, who is 4 has just got done fighting, for now, NB. There is no price on the bracelett can you tell me how much it is?
